Rental terms
The essential rules of your rental, in plain language.
Driver
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. A foreign licence is accepted for a tourist stay; an International Driving Permit is recommended if your licence is not written in Latin characters. Every additional driver must be declared.
Documents required
Driving licence, passport or ID card, and a bank card in the main driver's name.
Deposit
The deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation on your bank card and released when the vehicle is returned. The amount depends on the vehicle and is shown on each vehicle page.
Mileage and fuel
Unlimited mileage. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
Price
The price is calculated per 24-hour period. A late return of less than one hour is not charged. The total shown when you book includes the rental and the extras you have chosen.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
Insurance
All our vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance. The excess terms are explained to you in detail when the keys are handed over.
Where you can drive
The vehicles may be driven anywhere in Morocco, on roads and graded tracks. Taking the vehicle out of the country and off-road driving are not permitted.
